Subject: Breaking down game film
Date: September 10, 2026

How much game film do you need to watch this weekend?

First, you'll self-scout your own game. Most coaches don't get nearly enough out of this first step.

Then you have your opponent's film. Two or three games to watch.
Watch?

Not just watch.

Break down the details. Scour that film for critical information.

Offense. Defense. Special Teams.

You and your coaching staff have a ton of work.

Every. Single. Weekend.

How long does it take?

Does it actually get done?

And after those long hours of study, do you have information you can really put to use?

Or do you have a pile of reports and notes with no real direction?

When all that hard work is done, does it actually fit into your game plan?

Do you find the key pieces that become the building blocks of your practice plan?

Or does most of it go to waste?

And how do you know when you're done?

Are you still staring at the ceiling on Thursday night, wishing you could sleep but struggling with the
feeling that there is still something you're missing?

You get out of bed because you just need to watch it one more time.

You need a SYSTEM.

I got sick of wasting every free minute watching film. Time that I should've been spending with my family.

I was done losing sleep, staring at the ceiling.

I created my own system for breaking down game film in all three phases of the game.

It is a step-by-step process that every coach on your staff can use. Anyone can follow it.

This system pulls out the information you need without wasting your time.

A game film breakdown system with a beginning...

And an end.

When you finish the work, you're done.

Plug it right into your practice plans and game plan. Then relax. Job done right.

My complete Game Film Breakdown System is inside the Game Film Master Class.

GFMC is open for enrollment for $199 only during the month of September.

Then the doors close.

You get lifetime access, so you can start using the process sheets with THIS WEEK'S film.
