These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the products, services, and content provided by Football-Defense.com, LLC, doing business as Joe Daniel Football (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By purchasing or using our website, coaching systems, or membership programs, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who We Serve
Joe Daniel Football provides coaching systems, training, and resources designed for football coaches at the youth, high school, and small college levels. Our services are for adults age 18 or older.

2. Digital Access and Licensing
Unless otherwise stated, all purchases and memberships are licensed to a single individual coach. You may not share your login or grant access to other coaches to stream content under your account.

What is allowed:

  • You may print and share materials (e.g., playbooks, checklists, diagrams) with your coaching staff
  • You may watch video content in a group setting with other coaches present (e.g., staff meetings or film sessions)

What is not allowed:

  • Multiple coaches using one account independently
  • Granting access to team members, staff, or others without an appropriate multi-coach license

If you want your entire staff to have individual logins, access tracking, and personal support, we offer a Platinum License, which includes up to 100 individual staff licenses under one program.

Violating this policy may result in suspension or cancellation of access without refund.

3. Payment Terms
All payments are processed securely through Stripe, Payments.AI, or PayPal. Pricing is displayed clearly on each sales page or order form. By placing an order, you authorize the selected payment method to be charged according to the billing terms.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.

4. Support and Communication
We offer customer support via email at joe@joedanielfootball.com. We do our best to respond within 1–2 business days.

You may receive email or SMS communications related to your purchase, account, or coaching content. You can unsubscribe from marketing communications or opt out of SMS at any time.

5. No Guarantees of Results
We provide systems and strategies to help coaches improve their teams, but individual results vary. We do not guarantee specific outcomes such as wins, championships, or performance improvements.

6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific product or membership in question.

7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our site or services means you accept the updated terms.
