At Joe Daniel Football, we want every coach to feel confident in their purchase. That’s why we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on most of our products and memberships. We’re committed to helping you win more games—and that starts with making sure our systems are the right fit for you and your team.

1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee (General Policy)
Unless otherwise stated on the sales page or order form, your purchase is covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee. If you’re not satisfied, just contact us within 30 days of your original purchase and we’ll issue a full refund.

2. Product-Specific Refund Terms
Some products, promotions, or special offers may include custom refund terms that differ from our standard 30-day policy. In those cases, the refund policy shown on the product’s sales page or order form will apply and override this general policy.
Be sure to review the details on the checkout page or sales offer before completing your order.

3. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for a refund unless explicitly stated otherwise:

  • Membership renewals (monthly or annual)
  • Completed 1-on-1 coaching sessions or personalized consultations
  • Trial offers after the trial period ends
  • Discounted or bundled offers where the refund terms were clearly stated as final or non-refundable

4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:

  • Email us at joe@joedanielfootball.com
  • Include your full name, the email used at checkout, and the product you purchased
  • Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days of approval

5. Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your membership at any time to stop future billing. However, cancelling a subscription does not automatically trigger a refund under any circumstances. Refunds must be requested separately and must follow the refund terms listed above.
