Subject: Don’t Change Your Playbook Now!
Date: September 3, 2026

Your off-season was filled with hope. New playbook. New drills.

Now reality hits. The honeymoon is over.

Panic is creeping in.

Your defense is missing tackles.

The offense is struggling to execute even your most basic plays.

Special Teams are a total mess.

Practices are dragging. No intensity, no enthusiasm.

Drills aren’t translating to the field.

Sometimes it looks like your team has never been coached. But it is TOO LATE to change the playbook.

Starting over now will cause more confusion. More blown assignments. More problems.

Going backwards… back to the way you always did it…

Well, that’s why you made the changes in the first place.

You do NOT need a new playbook.

You need a plan to make the one you have now WORK. This season.

That’s where Coach Simple, Volume 1: The Lost Letters is a must-have for your team.

The Lost Letters just came out of pre-order and the first copies are shipping now.

It’s not another playbook.

There are no X’s and O’s. No new offense or defense to install. Nothing else you need to pile onto your players in the middle of the season.

This is a toolbox, filled with the tools for solving those problems your team is having right now.

The 175-page printed manual is a great addition to your bookshelf. But you don’t have time to waste.

So I’ve recorded the full AudioBook version, too. You’ll get instant access as soon as you complete your order.

You can start listening today.

You don’t need to start over.

You need the right tools to fix what isn’t working.
