Subject: Depth Chart System?

I loved the Kirk Cousins vs. Maxx Crosby saga from this weekend. An absolute nothing story that made headlines.

The fact they were “suspended” for Saturday’s practice was even funnier. Football coaches love to see that stuff. And these guys are both professionals.

No way Klint Kubiak (had to google it) called them into the office to yell at these guys. He’s a football coach.
But they both got a day off. Their jobs are (for now) secure. Crosby’s job is his as long as he is healthy. Kirk’s job is his until… well, Week 1.

And the coaches had a chance to look at more guys on the depth chart. That was the topic of our podcast episode a couple weeks ago.
