The core of the program is the 24-Week Off-Season strength training cycle. This is a meticulously planned progression for your athletes to build strength, explosiveness and power.

This is a 3-Day per week program. Each workout takes 60 to 90 minutes to complete.

The prescribed lifts follow a 3-phase approach to developing high performance athletes. Most workouts use explosive lifts, followed by strength building lifts. They conclude with accessory work.

The explosive training uses cleans and variations like Hang Cleans and Power Cleans. The strength building phase uses squats, bench press and shoulder presses.

Your football players need power. Power is created by a combination of increased explosiveness with increased strength. Programs that focus too heavily on one or the other do not get optimal performance. Chris put together the perfect mix for football players.

​​The third phase is no less important. Chris as built in accessory lifts specifically to prevent injuries that football players deal with most. Since implementing the program, we have seen a significant decrease in common injuries like hamstring pulls, knee injuries and even concussions.
